The Bluestone Appliance BCIM65 Ice Maker finds wide application in households, bars, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, etc.  They may be built-in or freestanding.  These units produce crystal-clear, gourmet bullet shaped ice, and offer convenience for both homeowners and commercial establishments. There is a 25 lbs insulated ice storage bin built into each ice maker and will continue to replenish ice when it is removed from the bin.

Every Bluestone Appliance Ice Maker is designed and manufactured according to the highest standards of safety and performance. It meets or exceeds the safety standard of UL563 and sanitation standard NSF12. 

** Please note that a gravity (floor) drain is required for operation. (please see below).

PUMPS AND REPLACEMENT FILTERS:
If the ice maker is placed in a location without a nearby gravity drain, installation of a pump will be needed to drain runoff water. 
We highly recommend filtering incoming water to ensure the clearest, cleanest-tasting ice cubes and trouble free operation. The filter cartridges will require periodic replacement, and they may be available from your local retailer, or you may order them from us.
