RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our Priority.

We strive to bring you the latest and greatest products in the market at competitive prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days from the shipping date. All returns or exchanges must be unused, in their original box and include all packing material, manuals and all accessories.


To initiate a return, please let us know by phone or email and we send you a quote for the return shipping charge for your approval. Once you agree, we will issue a return authorization code (RMA) and initiate a pickup. The item must be unused with all its original material and in its original box. Once received at the warehouse it will be inspected for condition. If approved, we will issue a refund to you within 30 days less all shipping charges. Please note that you may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee depending on the item. We will notify you prior to pick-up as part of the shipping quote.

Many of our items come directly from the manufacturer and incur this restocking fee. If we are not charged a fee, than neither will you.


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE THE DELIVERY COMPANY LEAVES. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS, YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS. WE CAN ONLY ASSIST IF THE SIGNED RECEIPT IS NOTED WITH DAMAGE. THIS IS THE POLICY OF THE FREIGHT COMPANIES AND WANT TO BE SURE YOU ARE AWARE.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Please review each individual item description for warranty coverage. If the item you purchased from iceandwine.com is not functioning properly after installation and under normal use, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a service request. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer of each product we sell to ensure the most qualified technicians will be inspecting and repairing your product. We of course are always here to assist our customers.
