The Scotsman CU0515 (CU515GA) is an upgrade to the CSE60.   The CU0515 is a stainless steel undercounter ice maker producing up to 67 lbs of ice with 28 lbs. of storage built into the unit for quick and easy access to the ice.  It produces crystal clear "gourmet style" (restaurant) ice.  The size of the unit allows for many installation option such as the home, bar, office, cafeteria, coffee shop etc.

We recommend filtering incoming water to ensure the clearest, cleanest-tasting ice cubes. The filter cartridges will require periodic replacement, and they may be available from your retailer, or you may order them directly from us.
