FAQ - Commission and Payment

How do I begin?
There are six easy steps to begin:

Please read the Operating Agreement and fill out the online application.
An authorization email will be sent within 24 hours.
Log back on to http://www.iceandwine.com/affiliates with your new user name and password.
Go to Getting Started for easy instructions to help get underway.
Go to Creating Links, select a banner, logo or link for your site, and click Make My Code.
Simply cut and paste the source code into your Web site's source code.

Can I change my account information?
Yes. Log on to http://www.iceandwine.com/affiliates. Click Edit Your Account to make any changes.

Where can I find graphics?
All acceptable banners, logos and links for your use are available on http://www.iceandwine.com/affiliates. If you have any trouble, please email us by clicking here.

How can my visitors place orders?
When the visitor to your Website clicks on one of the approved links you have to IceandWine.com, there is nothing else for you to do. After the customer comes to our Website, we handle the rest. We take care of the entire order, from product info to processing credit cards, and shipping. Our past and future success will reflect highly on your site.

How does IceandWine.com track orders coming from visitors that came from my Web site?
When you apply the approved links from http://www.iceandwine.com/affiliates, the individual code contains a special reference for your site. IceandWine.com tracks this information for all entrants to our site all the way until an order is processed. When someone orders, we track the sale through your affiliate ID and calculate the amount and give you the appropriate commission.

How do I know how my site is doing?
Log on to http://www.iceandwine.com/affiliates and click Sales Summary. Here you can generate your own reports concerning traffic and revenue.

How much will I be paid?
We are currently offering a 5% commission on all products.

When will I be paid?
We pay our commissions on a quarterly basis. At the close of each quarter, we calculate the commissions based on the simple formula of (sales-shipping-returns x 5% =commission). Checks are sent within 30 days.

Can I place orders through my own site?
Yes. In fact, we encourage it. Many of our affiliates have started by wanting a discount on their own purchases. Most quickly realized how lucrative this program was as more and more commissions were paid. You will receive credit and commission for any personal orders you place through your links. We know how much hard work you put into your site, and we want to let you know how much we appreciate your efforts.
