It is designed using 304 stainless steel on the exterior which has higher tensile strength for fewer dents and scratches. It uses an oversized factory balanced refrigeration system and holds steady between 33F and 38F for the best food preservation. It includes a positive seal self-closing door with 90* stay-open feature. The entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed-in-place using high density CFC free polyurethane insulation. The sealed self lubricating evaporator fan in this unit has larger bladed giving the unit a more efficient velocity ensuring faster recovery and shorter run times which means higher efficiency and lower utility bills.
