Scotsman Prodigy™ CU2026A self-contained air cooled icemaker can do almost anything, almost anywhere. The machine has a daily capacity of 200 lbs. with 80 lbs of built in storage. They fit under a standard 40” counter, so they can be placed in the most convenient location. The CU2026 has everything you would expect from the Scotsman Prodigy series such as easy front access, front air circulation and front serviceability. (Note: This unit is the CU2026SA producing half dice cubes 7/8 x 7/8 x 3/8". It can also be ordered in the CU2026MA which produces medium "dice" cubes. 7/8 x 7/8 x 7/8"). PUMPS AND FILTERS:
If the ice maker is placed in a location without a nearby gravity drain, installation of a pump may be needed to drain runoff water. We also recommend filtering incoming water to ensure the clearest, cleanest-tasting ice cubes. If your location needs a pump or filter, you may purchase them directly from us. |
