RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority
We strive to bring you the latest and greatest products in the market at competitive prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days from the shipping date. We will gladly exchange the item or issue a full refund of the merchandise total. All returns or exchanges must be unused, in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.

To initiate a return, a return authorization code (RMA) must be issued. IceandWine.com will cover the cost of an exchange within 30 days for products weighing less than 50 lbs. For any products over 50 lbs, we will send you a quote for the shipping charge for your approval. For all other returns, we will issue the appropriate credit within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Damaged Merchandise
Please report damaged merchandise upon receipt to the shipper and to us within 24 hours of receipt. IceandWine will cover the cost of replacement. To initiate a return or exchange, please call us at 1-866-777-7177 or email us by clicking here.

Warranty Coverage
Please review each individual item description for warranty coverage. If the item you purchased from iceandwine.com is not functioning properly after installation and under normal use, please contact us or the manufacturer directly in order to initiate a service request. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer of each product we sell to ensure the most qualified technicians will be inspecting and repairing your product. If for some reason the factory authorized technician cannot repair you product, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis only after the authorized technician approves a replacement.
